SILVA is an concept album by musician and photographer Älgbrant. The inspiration and theme of the album is forest (lat; SILVA). Analog synths, modulars, random generators and drum machines has been used to interpret forests and the life they habitat in different parts of the world.
The different places has been photographed to enhance the experience of the music and give the listener a visual image.

Trehörningsskogen is the first single from Älgbrants upcoming album SILVA. Inspired by the dark forests east of the lake Trehörningen. The track is available on spotify, as well as other streaming services.




NYMPHAEAS is music written by Älgbrant for the video art work NYPHAEAS by Denise Grünsten. A slow mesmerizing journey through the surface of a pond, accompanied by the sound of slow drone pads and squelching analog synths. Exhibitioned at gallery CFHILL in Stockholm, Sweden.
